With the temperature below zero these past few days, I should probably be thankful I have a warm home, a warm workplace that pays me well, and a vehicle to get me to and fro. I should be cognizant of the many people in our community and across the country that are having trouble staying warm, whose very survival is in question.
Instead, I’ve been feeling sorry for myself because I have a few common challenges to face, wishing they would just go away without any effort from me.
The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity. The fears are paper tigers. You can do anything you decide to do. You can act to change and control your life; and the procedure, the process is its own reward. – Amelia Earhart
